Apartment is located in the prestigious Marina Baie des Anges in Villeneuve Loubet, between Nice and Antibes. 150 sqm apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 kids bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, large living room and 150 sqm terrace with magnificent sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 3 kids, located in the residence Le Commodore, on the 13th floor. Direct access to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants.

The property is ideally located just outside of Nice and very easily accessible to neighboring towns. The condo is spacious and the views are breathtaking with a wonderful wrap around balcony. The furnishings were sparse, tired and worn (tears on some of the chairs), bedding and towels were clean but were dated. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the spacious master closet. The temperature control/AC was variable from room to room and one of the bathrooms would only produce very hot water in the shower. Nadya and Helene were unable to meet us for check in, but we were given instructions. Unfortunately, we did not have internet access for the first day as we did not have the info right away. Nadya was responsive to questions and gave great recommendations for neighboring restaurants. We were able to park a van in the allocated parking which was very convenient. The complex has many restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance. Overall we had a wonderful stay barring the minor inconveniences.

Our family stayed in the apartment for a week and had one of the best vacations ever! The apartment and views were incredibly beautiful and the vacation was truly restorative.
Upon arrival, we even had a chilled bottle of rose wine waiting for us!
It was a real pleasure to deal with Nadya who responded quickly and courteously to all our needs. She was very kind and welcoming!
She is the best!

A lovely family apartment. Spacious and uncluttered. Homely and well equipped for self catering holiday. Beautiful views across the sea and marina, a very large balcony.
