About this villa rental
Contemporary 5-room villa located in a haven of peace surrounded by olive and palm trees with a large swimming pool of 40 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2 without any opposite, South West exposure. To take full advantage of the outdoors, you benefit from an outdoor kitchen with fridge, and a large barbecue. You will also take advantage of the sunshine all day long, magnificent sunsets and the intense white LED lighting of the entire swimming pool for swimming in the evening. For more security, you have the possibility of putting the protective barrier all around the swimming pool for small children. You have at your disposal outside a shower and a WC. Inside, the villa has a large living room opening onto an American kitchen, individually adjustable air conditioning in each room (essential in summer in our region), a bathroom, a walk-in shower, 3 bedrooms ( 4K LCD and full HD TV, DVD player, Apple TV, Netflix, German channels), a games room with sofa bed (4K LCD TV 101 cm, Apple TV, Netflix, blu-ray player), a living room with LCD home cinema 4K 140 cm and blu-ray player (Apple TV, Netflix, freebox revolution (foreign channels). For the activities of children and parents, you also have a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a number of new bikes (ATVs) to stroll around the area around its 3 lakes and in the natural park of vaugrenier with an area of 21 hectares bordering on the domain. You have at your disposal WIFI in all rooms, XBOX and WII. You will be located in the Hauts de Vaugrenier domain, secure with a guard post at the entrance and inside the domain with 24 hour guards who make rounds day and night. The villa is also fully secure and fenced with a code. You can also benefit from the activities of the domain: Olympic swimming pool, 8 tennis courts, restaurant of the domain which delivers you at home, 3 lakes, a playground for children, a basketball court, a small soccer field, a game of ball, and a sports course. The estate also includes a grocery store, an esthetician, a hairdresser, a doctor and a pharmacy. You are 1 kilometer from the beaches and shops. You are close to Biot Marineland and Aquasplash (5 km). By car, you are 10 minutes from the beaches of Cap Antibes and Juan les Pins and 15 minutes from Nice Airport.

It is a fantastic house and even better than the photos. The pool area and garden is just amazing! The pull-out bed in the small room could be better if two people should sleep there for a whole week, but that is the only negative thing to say. Otherwise this pool house is just fantastic!

We are family of 5 with children aged 17, 14 and 9. Everyone found something to love about this villa.It is very modern with all the facilities you could ever need for a relaxing stay.It is located in a secure, gated community about 5 minutes from Villeneuve-Loubet and the A8, 15 minutes from Nice and Antibes if you catch the traffic just right.The pool is fantastic, heated to 28°c and very well maintained. It is perfect for small people and bigger people who just want to splash about. For those who want a bit more there is access to the communitys very big swimming pool a few minutes down the road.The communication/feedback from the owner was exceptional; informative, helpful and quick. When we arrived at the villa we were given a full tour of the facilities with a full explanation of the very expensive TV and entertainment systems. If you spend your time sat in front an X-Box though you will miss out on SO much which the area has to offer you and your family.You will need your own transport. Whilst there are very good and affordable local taxi services the villa is tucked away on the complex. You CAN walk to the local shop, bar and restaurant but you will find that a car will allow you to get around the complex much easier and to explore the local area. The villa has a good variety of bi-cycles available though if thats your thing.On arrival we found the villa to have been cleaned to a very high standard and that there was a variety of products in the fridge and cupboards to get you started. This was very helpful as there is nothing worse that arriving at your holiday home and realising that your 1st shopping trip to the local super-marche (Casino or Carrefour) will involve you having to purchase basic stuff such as cooking oil, sugar, milk, condiments and bread,Hopefully this review will be of help to anyone looking to book this villa. We had a fantastic time and we look forward to returning in the future.
