About this apartment rental
Enjoy a private heated indoor pool year round. Perfect for birthdays, ladies night / gentleman's retreat getaways, engagements, holiday celebration sleepovers as well!
If you want to have Guests join you to use the pool who are not staying overnight, please reach out to me and let me know how many people and how many hours they will stay. There is a $5 per person/per hour fee for people that are not included in your overnight reservation. I'll price these extra guests for you as an additional charge that will be billed to your reservation. This is a hard requirement and we cannot waive this.
We have a one room studio sleepover space. It is up an outdoor flight of stairs. Note: the bathroom is in the pool house - it is not in the studio suite, so you'll need to go outside and down a flight of stairs to go to the restroom. No sleeping in the pool house.
Ms. Pacman and Pinball machines in the suite as decoration only. They are all old and cranky; please consider them decorative only and non functional. There are 3 real twin beds, 1 real queen bed, 1 real double bed, plus 2 queen and 2 twin AIR MATTRESSES in the space.
You will have exclusive use of the pool and pool house during your stay. The pool is open to Guests from 10AM - 10PM. If you are night owls or early risers who want to use it earlier or later, we will accomodate your timing as best we can! There are night lights for fabulous evening swim experiences, and two decks off of the pool house; one for eating and one for lounging with a gas fire pit and gas heater. There is a sitting room within the pool house with a table that seats 10, a couch and two chairs, a Smart Roku TV, mini-fridge, and sink. This vacation rental does not have a true full kitchen - most people order pizza, bring crock-pots with their own delicious food, use the grills, have bagels or donuts for breakfast. Several places to order takeout about 8 min away in the Town of Eden.
Reminder - If you want to have additional guests come to visit to use the pool, great! We can make that happen - please reach out to me to price out an add-on amenity for those guests before booking so you know what the all in cost will be. A sleepover booking only covers up to 10 guests, visitors/additional guests are not included in that fee.

The WiFi didn’t work and it has poor service, but the host was so nice compensating and prompt, house is way more beautiful in person.

The owners were very accommodating. There were lots of little things that made the stay much better. The pool was absolutely beautiful and the kids LOVED it.

Although I was super excited to do this for my daughter's birthday as a surprise, I wasn't happy at the end. I booked this property as soon as it came out, which was way ahead of the date I needed, and was one of the first to book since it was a newer listing. I was told that check in was 4pm. As this was a surprise party for my daughter, I asked that some of her friends meet in the driveway a few minutes earlier so that my sister could get everything ready- I was picking my daughter up at the hockey game which ended around 330- so I was concerned that everything wasn't ready by the time we arrived. My sister (who was organizing everything while I picked up the kids) arrived a few minutes after 4. (We even double checked this time by confirming phone call times). We all arrived and was then told that she would close the pool and hot tub at 10. That left only 5 hours for everyone to swim; also needing to consider time to eat dinner and do the cake celebration etc. so it really wasn't 5 hours. I need to mention here that when I booked this originally, the 10 pm pool closure was not on the listing. I did ask that two of us have the opportunity to stay in the pool area so that the girls could have the bedroom for themselves, so that was nice of her. It is important that I mention that the day before, the owner reached out to me about how many people there will be. I told her that there will be some adults dropping off kids, a few people hanging until the cake is done and then leaving, and then the total sleeping over was 9. I was told that I had to pay more per person per hour for any amount over ten. So in addition to the money I already paid, I was billed substantially more. In the morning, she arrived around 10:10, telling me we had to leave because there were people arriving at noon for an early check in. I was not told about this beforehand, so I had no idea. From there I packed everything up and was out the door by 10:30. She wasn't polite when telling me this, so I told her that I felt the property was expensive given the time you are allowed to use the amenities. I then stayed quiet, packed up, and left. She sent me a message later in the day to which I did not respond. All in all, I would say that the property was nice, the pool was nice, but I felt very rushed. I feel that the amount of money that I spent for this was not worth it given you are only allowed a few hours in the pool. I will definitely not book again.
