About this house rental
Take it easy at this charming cottage, featuring modern amenities, a rural setting, and a patio and fire pit area ready for entertaining -including a hot tub (Open April through October). Guests will feel comfortable and totally pampered as they enjoy this completely renovated getaway.
Guests won't find it hard to relax in this fully updated cottage that blends shabby chic and industrial farmhouse for a modern and cozy feel. Each season offers fresh opportunities to enjoy the property and surrounding areas.
In the warmer months, lounge on the patio to catch some rays or shooting stars, stroll through large outdoor property, or explore one of the many quaint towns nearby. Water lovers and fishermen are in luck with both Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua so close by. The drive can even accommodate limited boat parking if needed.
There's still plenty to enjoy both inside and outside when the days get colder. There's plenty of room to build snow forts, cross-country ski or snowshoe. When it's time to get warm, build a cozy fire, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, challenge someone to a round of darts or any other game available in the downstairs family room. Many winter sporting opportunities are available nearby, but guess should check online for dates and details while planning their stay.
There's a small garden near the home where guests will find an asortment of seasonal vegetables and herbs. As a special treat in October, the region will be buzzing for grape harvest season and then again in March for maple syrup harvest.
Guests with dogs are more than welcome, too. We have dog bowls, a 24x36 kennel and pooper scoopers ready. We just asked the dogs be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival and the guest pick up after their pets.
Guests have full access to the home and surrounding outdoor property including a working vineyard.

We are beyond grateful for our host's kindness and generosity. When our flights were cancelled due to a winter storm, they went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our stay and did not charge us for the extra nights. During what could have been an incredibly stressful situation, they showed true compassion and understanding, which made all the difference for our family. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and a safe place to be during the storm. This is the kind of host that truly embodies hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a host who genuinely cares about their guests.

Adorable! House is deceiving, it looks small, but it’s not. Rooms are decorated perfectly and the owner is amazing and caring. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

House is beautiful! It looks small from the outside but its very spacious inside. All the rooms were clean. Beds were comfy and there were a lot of pillows to use. The kids love the house. There were toys and chalk boards for them to use. Hot tub was nice too. Host responds to messages in a timely manner. I definitely would come here again.
