Inside you'll find designer touches throughout with 4 bedrooms (3 King beds and 2 Queens), a fully-stocked chef's kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, and a cozy living room with fireplace. Minutes to downtown, the Tram, and all the desert has to offer.
The space is newly renovated.
Minimum 30 day stay.
Renter will be provided $400 credit for utilities for the month - anything over will be responsibility of renter; however property has solar. Alternatively, renter can pay flat $50/day to heat pool and hot tub.

We stayed in this comfortable house for two months and enjoyed the stay. Our two daughters each brought their families down (separately) for 5 or so days, and with the 4 bedrooms there was no crowded feeling. My husband always brings a tool kit with him and some hinges were oiled, the hoodlight over the range replaced, and kitchen towel supply was a bit scarce so we bought 3 more. There were a couple other issues that were taken care of duing our stay, so the house is pristine and ready to go.. The backyard was a very pleasant place to sit and read a book or take a nap. Loved the huge umbrella. I did wish that the lounge chairs were padded rather than hard material, but even so it beat our weather at home. All in all, a very nice, comfortable home with every thing a renter could need (bring a hotpad-the oven gloves seemed to be industrial size which made it difficult to grasp things.

We stayed at the house for a month and it fit our needs perfectly! Location is great! Close enough to everything yet far enough away so that it was quiet. Our management team and home owner were super accommodating and responsive. A service! I recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Palm Springs and the desert!

House was absolutely fantastic to stay for a month! We had 4 adults and 2 small kids and it was plenty of space to be comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Favorite part was the fire pit in the back yard. Loved the proximity to downtown Palm Springs

The house was exactly like the pictures. The pool was huge and hot tub hot.
The host left plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Plenty of towels and soaps and shampoos. Quick and Easy communication. . Our Portland family enjoyed their time there.
