Just minutes to Downtown Palm Springs.
Enjoy lounging by the pool (can be heated for a fee), unwind in one of the many shady lounge areas, or have a BBQ on the built-in BBG in the backyard.
This home is ideal for families, friends, retreats and pets (fee).
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, with top appliances, and plenty of cooking and dining ware, as well as free condiments, spices and coffee / tea.
Of course, the homes have lots of amenities, such as bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), towels and linens, pool floats, playpens and high chairs, ping pong tables, games and toys, and Roku TV's in almost every room for yo to watch your favorite channels with your personal log in. All the brand-new spa-like bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable.

Bedroom configuration:
OWNER SUITE with a king bed and a newly remodeled en-suite spa like bathroom with a tub and walk in shower, a flat screen TV, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet.
THE BLUE ROOM: The "blue" guest room has a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area.
THE LAVENDER ROOM: The "lavender" guest room has two XL twin beds.
THE TIFFANY ROOM: The "Tiffany" quest room (in the ADU) is located off the kitchen, and has a king bed, a sitting area, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large flat screen TV, as well as a separate entrance in addition to the regular door connecting to the home.
The bathrooms are recently remodeled and feature a tub, walk in showers, two sink vanities and a spa-like look and vibe.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:
POOL HEATING:
Fee $195 per day / pool. You can choose to heat the pool for your entire stay or just a few days.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. This option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.
PET FEES:
Fee $200 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate it if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).
EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Smaller groups enjoy booking for a lower nightly rate as we charge Fee $50 / night from / guest 4 guests.
NOTE:
This property is a non-smoking premises.
Note that visitors are not allowed and only booked guests are allowed access to the premises.
Note that the property is located 15 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and airplane noise can be heard depending on the direction of the winds.
LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
Owner and Management Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to tenants’ or guests’ personal property, whether occurring inside the premises or elsewhere on the property.
Owner and Management Company shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or death occurring on the premises, including but not limited to injuries arising from the use of the swimming pool or surrounding areas. Use of the pool is entirely at tenant’s and guests’ own risk.
Tenants and guests are advised to consult a physician before using the pool. The pool deck and surrounding surfaces may be slippery at any time. Extreme caution is required at all times when entering or exiting the pool. Jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited as it presents a serious risk of injury.
Children shall never be permitted in or around the pool without continuous adult supervision. The pool is not fenced, and tenants assume full responsibility for all minor supervision at all times.

We really enjoyed the backyard space! The house is very light and bright inside and there was plenty of space for our party of 7. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and we all thought our beds were comfortable. We got quick responses when we had questions or needed something (such as the pool light being turned on at night). We liked the area, which was close to all the things we wanted to do.

This house was the perfect place to stay with a group of 7 people and 2 dogs! The description is exactly what you get with this house. The location is 2.5 miles to downtown. The property managers were very communicative from beginning to end. We were able to drop off our luggage earlier than the check in time. There are 2 parking spots inside of the gate and street parking outside. The backyard is large and my dogs enjoyed running circles around the pool. There is a covered patio with string lights and a patio table that seats 6 people. It is very private due to trees that block views of neighbors backyards. The mountain views are stunning. The living room, kitchen and dining room have an open layout. The kitchen has more amenities than any place I’ve ever stayed at, which made it easy to cook. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice maker. The planes do fly low overhead, but we didn’t mind. It is a quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and there are black out curtains. There were more than enough blankets and pillows in the closets in each room. The converted bedroom in the garage has a space heater to warm it up at night. The house was very clean. We were very pleased with this house and highly recommend it. We look forward to returning.

I went for a quick trip for my birthday and this was perfect. The host was super accommodating with check in time especially since the weather was crazy. She was communicative when there were issues with the power. Everything was very cozy and clean. We got to go shopping and it was all super close. We had a great time. Thank you so much!
