If you are looking for a mid-century, modern home in the heart of Palm Springs, this is it! This beautiful home is an outstanding example of Palm Springs "rat pack" style, updated with all the modern conveniences. Its open, spacious design captures the feeling of the Palm Springs mid-century design, but has been updated to make it comfortable and inviting.
You enter this home into a beautiful open great room, featuring comfortable sitting areas and a beautiful gas fireplace. From the great room, you can pass through the double front doors into the private front yard, which features a sitting area with views of the inviting San Jacinto mountains. The great room (as well as the dining room and master bedroom) also leads to the private backyard, where you'll enjoy the pebble tech pool, patio and large grassy lawns and fruit trees. The main house consists of three bedrooms (two bedroom with queen beds, one bedroom with two twin beds), two (full) bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining area (with seating for eight) and laundry room -- everything you'll need to make your stay complete. There is a large sized detached casita that serves as the fourth bedroom - and contains an additional bathroom and kitchenette.
The home is ideally located, less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs and located conveniently near the airport, shopping, and fine dining. Located in a neighborhood of beautifully restored mid-century modern homes, this home will make your Palm Springs experience complete!
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

4 couples, most of us turning 60, stayed in this beautiful home and we could not ask for a better spot! The location was great and the home accommodated 8 adults perfectly. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the hummingbirds in the front garden in the morning, the pool in the afternoon and the fire place after dinner. Communication with the manager was easy and as some of our group arrived early the property manager arranged early access to the home- highly recommended!

Always a shady spot to be found by the pool in a very private back yard. The host was great with communication. The spot was clean and comfortable. The location was central to most of what we were doing in town and the little guest house provided comfort and privacy. We’ll be back for sure!

we had to contend with bugs outside and inside and outside but after the property was sprayed it was okay. We loved the pool and we had plenty of room for our family . the location was perfect! It was quiet and safe!
