    El hotel esta bien ubicado, el bar es en el primer piso y hay un gran ambiente. La habitación es comoda muy basica en muebles y cortinas. Acta para trabajar, el wifi funciona muy bien y no hay ruido, ideal para dormir

    Second time visiting this place. Close to everything, wonderful staff very attentive. Also a very clean and nice place to stay in Chicago! You won’t be disappointed.

    So I stayed here because I stayed at Freehand New York previously and enjoyed the stay. First I'd like to note that the staff was wonderful, it wasn't the customer service that was the issue. My major problem was that the heat wasn't working in the room and the weather was a high of low 40s the first half of my stay. The room was freezing. Second, I was told I could request housekeeping as long as I request it before 1100, so at the middle of my stay I head to the lobby at 1030 to request it but was told I was unable for cleaning but that I could get towel service and trash taken out, that was a bit frustrating as I was only going to request them once during my stay. Third the carpet seemed dingy, I dropped an earring and it fell under the lip of the bed and when I bent down to look for it I could see a thick layer of dust/dirt on the carpet being highlighted by the light coming through the window. And there was an empty bottle under there too. Room could use a deep clean. Bathroom was very clean, no complaints there. Hardly any leg room since the king bed took up 95% of the room. Window was really dirty but it didn't matter since the view was a parking garage, I just kept the curtains closed the whole time. $70 resort fee for staying in downtown Chicago just seems like a slap in the face when I couldn't get heat in winter temps. As much as I wanted to enjoy my stay here, I didn't, I won't be returning.
