Was a great trip. We didn’t know the hotel was also a museum, and the art was really great, so it was a nice surprise to get to enjoy that. Great food and entertainment nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The location was really convenient to everything in downtown Chicago.The check-in process was smooth, the room was nice, and the bathroom had a magnifying mirror!The staff at the desk and housekeeping were very friendly. We ate in the adjoining restaurant for dinner and for breakfast and we were very happy with that as well (although they are not associated).We were very happy with our decision to stay there and it made our first trip to Chicago very enjoyable.
