Reception is responsive and kind. Rooms are clean and sound proof no noise. Nice pool, sauna and gym. Food was okay and breakfast had hot and continental options. I was only a bit worried that staff seemed a bit overworked and stressed where I witnessed open disagreements among them in the restaurant. But other than that hotel was perfect.

Yes and yes. Bed too soft and mattress did not seem to be a sprung mattress. Breakfast price too expensive so sorted that elsewhere. Wanted a whiskey with a mixer but that was a problem as only malt whiskeys were on offer and not sure who in their right mind would destroy a malt whiskey with a mixer!

Chose this hotel due to being directly off the M4 for easy access, and easy access to TfL services with bus stops outside the hotel linking to Hammersmith for easy transfer to tube services.
On site car park is reasonably priced for London, although we were able to park for free with a Blue Badge.
Also received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. Amenities were excellent, clean and well looked after. One of the few hotels we’ve stayed in where all in-room tech worked with no issues. Staff were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and quick to help where they could.
Could not have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!
