Breakfast and it's location were both wonderful. The manager was fun to talk to and instantly responsive to some of my brother's and my time issues. We were both preparing to fly out at separate times and separate airports. Food was brought to us and in a very timely and thoughtful manner. The restaurant is so nicely done and so comfortable to be in, I hope the locale gives both the restaurant and the hotel the custom it deserves.

Patrick at the front desk extremely welcoming, it was clean and in a nice location with easy travel options into the centre of the city.

Honestly I liked the location of the hotel the most as it was right across from the tube, which allowed me to connect to other tube lines. I also like the staff in the lobby, super kind and welcoming and helpful as well. They held my luggage for me while I was unable to check in early and as well as check out late. The room overall was very spacious, so that’s definitely a plus.
Can hear the trains but not overly too loud.

Breakfast choices were limited but what there was was acceptable. No cooked breakfast on offer, only (hard) boiled eggs. I asked for a quiet room and they accomodated that with a large family 'basement' room, which unfortunately was too large for the AC to cope with, and it was a hot day! Bed linen and towels were excellent. Spotless bathroom.
This basement room had three skylights wqith two having vents, but could not open them. None of them had a blind or curtain so the light streamed in and woke you early. The corridor carpets were very dirty, this may be due to the service room etc being down here so lots of traffic, but was not a good first impression. Good get no TV channels on the TV, had to chromecast from my iPad.
