This is quite a modern hotel. It was very quiet for sleeping. Everything was in good repair and the room featured lots of plug ins. The foldout bed for our daughter was also nicely set up. The shower was great. The pool in the hotel was well chlorinated and comfortably warm. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good on the way by. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The design of the rooms leaves a bit to be desired, especially if you're travelling as a family. The bathroom had two doors that needed to be pulled shut for privacy. The 2 smaller doors open so they sit flush with the wall in the hallway, which is good if you need to walk past. However, it means that you can't lock the bathroom door. The shower has a glass window that looks through to the bedroom part of the room. Thankfully, there's a button that turns the clear glass to frosted, so your kids aren't forced to watch you naked in the shower (or sitting in the toilet). Unfortunately, even when it's frosted, the glass does nothing to cut the light. So when someone gets up to go to the bathroom at night, turning on the bathroom light will light up the whole room and wake the rest of the family.
Not a bad place to stay but not the best option for families or anyone sharing with someone who wakes with the light.

The room was clean, quiet, good size and well maintained. The hotel has a premium feel and our stay was very relaxing. The location is excellent for public transport with bus travel available right outside.
The room had a translucent panel between the en-suite and bedroom which was a problem using the bathroom in the night as light shone from the en-suite lighting up the bedroom. The breakfast was not worth the cost, the food was almost cold, we used a cafe over the road for most days.

Superb food and facilities
I was charged a £50 pre approval for costa. O was told parking would be taken off this figure and the difference returned to me. I never received the difference.

The breakfast, the aesthetic to the hotel
The bathrooms for families when you have a 6 & 16 and it has transparent glass for showering, the rooms are very small for families, the family rooms should have the bath tubs. The pillows are awful
