    I had a lovely 2 night stay. I had booked a standard room with double bed and Pia was very sweet to upgrade me to the Lagoon Tower with a sea facing view and king size bed. There is renovations going on in this tower, but it was not a disturbance to us at all. Excellent location with restaurants at walking distance. There was an amazing life music being played at their bar. I highly recommend this place!

    My room was a lovely corner room and it was massive! The food was amazing, and staff were very kind. Very good location, can walk to the town easily. Can book activities through the concierge desk. High resort fee but very nice hotel

    Stayed at this beautiful hotel in Kona with an amazing oceanfront restaurant and bar—the views, ambiance, and overall vibe were truly memorable. The location is fantastic, especially for relaxing by the water and enjoying sunsets. However, the lack of in-room facilities like a kitchen and washer/dryer made longer stays less convenient. Considering the price, it didn’t quite deliver full value for money, hence the 4-star rating. Great experience overall, but a few added amenities would make it perfect.
