This was a very nice place to stay., I will be back. They go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Thank you so much ! Great breakfast that saves you money and time so you can get out and see the Island. Don’t miss a chance to stay here when visiting Kailua Kona.

The room was usally cleaned but there was days we had to ask.
Hot tub is very lame jets hardly worked at all.
Breakfast was ok but they kept runing out of stuff and had to be told to refill it.

Cleanliness was inconsistent. Always had to ask for coffee, cups, toilet paper, etc. found a balloon under the bed.
