The spacious, barrier-free accommodation offers space for up to 12 people on approximately 370 m² of living space. Five individually designed bedrooms and four comfortable bathrooms ensure privacy and relaxation – perfect for families or larger groups. The light-flooded living area with an open kitchen is both stylish and functional. Here, minimalist architecture meets warm colour accents and natural materials, creating a particularly homely atmosphere.
A highlight of the villa is the large, private outdoor area with a 40 m² pool, sun loungers, lounge furniture, a shady Hollywood swing, and a covered summer kitchen with a grill. Whether relaxed hours by the pool, shared evenings on the terrace, or fun and games in the in-house leisure room with billiards and darts – everyone gets their money's worth here.
For wellness enthusiasts, a sauna is available - its use is optional and involves an additional charge (bookable daily or weekly).
The house also leaves no technical wishes unfulfilled: WLAN, satellite TV in every bedroom, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are available. Two bicycles are also available to actively explore the green surroundings. The villa carries the Eco Domus certificate – a sign of sustainable holiday with environmentally friendly standards.
The next beach is only about 12 km away and offers diverse options - from sandy and pebble beaches to rocks and concrete plateaus. Within walking distance of the villa, there is also a supermarket, restaurants, a café, a pharmacy, and a doctor.

Everything was nice and fine, except the tiles inside the pool, because they are loosen and needs to be repaired.
