The property was in the perfect location. It was safe for us as a family and so handy for shops and the train station. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. Communication was great and friendly. We will most definitely base ourselves here again.
The only thing it didn’t have was access to a travel cot but it was very easy to order one into Argos based on Sainsbury’s across the road.
That was simply because our 2 year wouldn’t sleep in the bed with any of us!!! Apart from that we had a great time.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Richmond. The location is excellent—only a 1-minute walk to Richmond train station and surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and pubs, which made everything incredibly convenient.
The apartment itself is clean, modern, and newly renovated. It’s very well equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, air dryer, a fully functional kitchen, and even a filter coffee machine.
Communication with the management was outstanding—very responsive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.
Just a couple of things to note for future guests: the apartment is one level up via stairs with no lift, so it may not be ideal if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The mattress was also a bit on the softer side for our preference.

The location was really great (about 3 minutes from the train station and tube station). The kitchen has a modern feel. We received all relevant information about the accommodation in a very reader-friendly format in just one email.
My complaints are:
One bed sheet was very dirty. However, after complaining, we were given a new one without any fuss.
There was still coffee in the coffee pot when we arrived. The apartment was not very clean, but just about adequate.
