La ville de Twickenham est très sympathique et agréable. Avec les trains directs, on est en 20 minutes à Londres (1 train par 1/2h en journée). Un peu plus long (30 à 40 minutes) par les autres trains.
L'appartement est idéal pour les amateurs de rugby venant pour un match à l'Allianz Stadium, situé à 5 minutes à pied.
Penser à aller se promener sur les rives de la Tamise, notamment Eel Pier Island qui est charmante et étonnante. Ou le Marble Hill Park, dont l'ambiance du week-end est très anglaise et familiale.
Un petit détail à corriger : la chasse d'eau des toilettes fuit en permanence avec, donc, un gâchis d'eau.
L'heure affichée sur le four (qui est la seule visible dans la cuisine) était incorrecte et je n'ai pas trouvé la méthode pour la corriger. Ce n'est pas grave, mais juste agaçant.
Absence curieuse d'assiettes dans la cuisine, remplacées par quelques assiettes en carton. Peut-être était-ce provisoire mais il serait bien d'avoir au moins 4 vraies assiettes (éventuellement 4 grandes et 4 petites).
Le confort de l'appartement est excellent ainsi que sa localisation. Seul défaut : le ronronnement des équipements de climatisation de Costa, situé au rez-de-chaussée à l'arrière et qui tournent de 7h à 23h environ, chaque jour, dimanche compris. Penser aussi qu'à Twickenham, on est près de Heathrow et que la ville est fréquemment survolée par des avions à basse altitude. L'appartement est bien isolé phoniquement, mais ces deux points empêchent d'ouvrir les fenêtres sauf en pleine nuit.

Great location for the Rugby Match we were due to see. I liked the area but didn't have much time to look around properly.
Lots of Bars and restaurants withing walking distance and a great central location to the Train station.
very small things that may not have been picked up by the cleaner.
Sticky patch on the carpet when you had no shoes on by the bed. A few light bulbs out or flickering. The bed could do with a tighten up as it was a little creaky which I was conscious of in the night.
