The location was perfect. It was a short walk to shops, grocery and restaurants. The bus and train just minutes away. The Perfect & Quiet had enough room for the 3 of us. Really nice kitchen for a few meals in and a dining area to eat together. Lovely view of the river through the large glass doors. So nice to look out in the morning with a cup of coffee. Very comfortable and roomy. And, it certainly was quiet. Didn't hear any street noise. I would absolutely stay again.
Better directions to the property. For example, take the first pathway to the right after the bridge and watch for signage that indicates the name. We didn't see the small map that was posted. It was dim out and raining, so we missed it. We took a wrong turn and got lost. When we called, we had a rather curt response to follow the signs instead of actual directions to help us get there.

We loved the location and how quiet it was truly wonderful experience
A few observations
No tea towels
No lighting outside near steps which caused a minor injury due to slipping, perhaps some solar lights on the steps
Large filled cigarette butts outside in a tin
Large dead bird in pot plant
Only 1 wine glass which could be a problem if more than 1 person wants a glass of wine
