Fresh rebuild well elegant simple furnished apartment with good beds, well ventilated, with 4 windows , conditioning, thick ancient walls , beautiful entrance , independent, nice view from the kitchen on the little square, 1 kitchen 20 mq full complete equipped for 4 persons ! Dishwasher, wash-machine , living room 25mq with large elegant sofa suitable as double bed as well ! Sky net 2 televisions ,WiFi, high ceilings and in room toilet ! Bedroom 25mq with luxury elegant in room bathroom and large shower, independent entrance from the square and 15 steps to make you are arrived ! For a week you can do everything by feet or bicycle ! Beach 3 km , the apartment is surrounded by over 15 good restaurants in 5 min walk ! Shopping mainstreet10 min walk ! Train station 5 min walk bus station 5 min harbour to ponza 15 min walk ! The apartment is behind the beautiful ancient main square of terracing , and in-between 2 pope palaces of 1600 and the rest of roman temple along the old appia road !

The appartamento is fully equipped, comfortable, location is perfect. There are a lot of places to eat in the surrounding area, bar, delicious ice creams. Recommended for sure!!

Everything is even better, than on the pictures.
The appartments are clean and very cosy.
Well equipped kitchen: good oven cooking top are very convinient to cook something italian :).
Very clean fridge, microwave oven, dishwashing machine with washing materials.
In the appartments by our visit oil and coffee have been provided.
Near the appartments are nice restaurants and gelateria 1793 - must visit!
The beach in 10-15 minutes.
There was the opportunity always to park the car not far from the appartments.
Alex is very friendly and carefull owner.
This appartments are highly recommend from us!

Everything described in the add of the apartment is accurate and better. Everything was very clean and very well maintained, everything you need, including beachtowels, Lavazza coffemaker ( including coffee) and homemade oliveoil was provided. The owner Alex and his wife are very nice, helpful and professional at the same time. We would absolutly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives, and we will defenetly come back. We loved the old town and the tranquile atmosphere with only few minutes to the beach.

Owner got his dates mixed up we had booked from Sunday to Friday but after accepting our booking he advised that in fact the Sunday was not available and hence for our first night he put us up in a different apartment also owned by him but not as nice and our adult children had to share a very uncomfortable sofa-bed. Really not acceptable
