The location was excellent, not far away from the city centre, no traffic noise. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and pretty big.

Excellent breakfast choices. Fresh and well-presented. Our room was clean and quiet ‘though others in our group complained that their rooms were noisy. We would have appreciated a second chair in our room. The hotel’s location is convenient for those arriving/departing by train.
As the crow flies, the hotel is not far from the centre of Mainz, but the descent/ascent is very steep and there’s no convenient public transport nearby.
There was nowhere in tge hotel for us to sit and chat as a group.
