We had a deluxe , larger guest room. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. However, there were concerns: 1. The hotel is located next to the local train station. Some of the people around the train station were loud at night until 2 am. The windows in the room had to be closed to keep out some of the noise level. 2. The curtains in the room could only block out some of the strong lights from the train station building at night 3. The hotel restaurant was closed due to staffing issues. 4. On the second day of our stay, the water in the shower was lukewarm. We had to inform the front door of the lack of hot water. 5. Room service to clean the our room was at 4 pm. This is rather late and we declined the service.
