Location and parking it was a great stop off on our way to and from uk to Austria. We stayed twice once in way there and once on way back

Hotel is in a good location right next to a shopping center. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.
It is not acceptable to advertise or show a coffee machine or water kettle in the room and then not actually provide it. Being told to “just ask for hot water” is not an equivalent service. To me, that felt misleading.
Additionally, if you are paying €100 per room per night, you reasonably expect free parking in the hotel’s own parking area. Instead, you are charged an extra €10 per night, which is disappointing.
