Apartment located 5mn from the central station, completely renovated, located on the 4th floor with lift and large corner balcony overlooking the tree-lined avenue. Very bright with open views of the city and hills. The location is perfect for traveling by train or sea connections to the 5 Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, La Palmaria island. The area is very central with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. You can enjoy an Italian breakfast a few meters from home.
The property offers the use of two bicycles to be able to easily reach the seafront and the marina.
The property is pleased to offer, for a minimum stay of 2 nights, the free rental of a canoe for two or four people in the beautiful bay of Fiascherino a few km away, where you can explore the magnificent coves and caves. The beach can be easily reached by car, ferry, bus.
Located within the Gulf of Poets, La Spezia is an excellent starting point for visiting the 5 Terre, to reach them take the train (the station is 5 minutes on foot), you can get off at each village. It is recommended to take a bath in the beautiful blue waters of Monterosso.
For lovers of trekking on the mountain of La Spezia, countless high trails start that run along the Cinque Terre or that reach Portovenere.
Ferries to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Palmaria, Lerici and Tellaro leave from the La Spezia pier, reachable on foot in 10 minutes.
For sea lovers we recommend the Lerici beach or the splendid cove of Fiascherino.
For your relaxation we take a walk in the heart of the pedestrianized city, full of shops and markets, restaurants where you can taste the various fish and local specialties.
