The apartment is really nice and comfortable. There are all the required facilities to enjoy your stay. It was clean an warm, good supermarket close by. the way to get there is really easy.
Only after arriving, I've learned that the washing machine is not working at the moment.

We travelled by car, so the location was great, because there is a free parking in 2 streets nearby. We had to drive 2-3 times back and forth to find a free space, but that´s the same as at home. The train station is not far, 15-20minute walk. The apartment is big, clean, well equiped, cozy, everything was great. Would like to come again.

When booking the apartments, I indicated that the guests are an adult and a 14-year-old child.
ID documents were also sent to the owner on time.
I was very surprised that two sets of bed linen were not prepared. Of course, according to the owner, the customer is to blame for not having ESPECIALLY emphasized this. We didn't get extra bedding for the first night because the host was out of town. It was brought to us the next day.
It is not quite clear who is to blame for the fact that the owner tried to get tourist tax for the child as well. Is it the carelessness of the host or is it a booking.com system error.
Recommendation for the owner - to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the apartment floors.
There is free parking on the side of the street, but getting a spot is a matter of luck.
