DALPOZZO GRANDE is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment ideally located in the city center a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais.
This comfortable apartment is ideal to stay with family or friends, you will enjoy relaxing and have a good time.

The living room consists of two large windows, a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a TV and a dining table that seats 6 people.
KITCHEN:
The rounded, original kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine.
It has a bar and two high stools.
BATHROOM 1:
The bathroom 1 has a nice shower, toilet, a towel holder and a hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2:
The bathroom 2 also includes a shower, toilet, towel holder and a hairdryer.
BEDROOM 1 :
Bedroom 1 overlooking courtyard contains a double bed, a fan and a large closet.
BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 overlooking the courtyard also has a double bed, a fan and a large closet.
BEDROOM 3:
Bedroom 3 overlooking greenery includes a bunk bed and a closet.
You will find the washing machine in a small airlock between the two bathrooms.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Check in process was smooth. We stopped by the office to pick up the keys on our way to the property, they gave us a extra set of keys as requested. Beautiful and quite building, grateful for the free lift up to the room. Great location with market across the street and short walking distance to everything. Very roomy for adult family of 3. The only downside was being charged for cleaning fees by both VRBO and host company, besides that wonderful stay.

Very good location near beach, shops and centrum. To litle water in shower, bad smell in kitchen and bathroom. No aircondition and only 2 bad electric fans. We had to buy a fan, which we left in the appartment. It was ok, thank you for our stay.
