About this apartment rental
In a secure residence and in the presence of a caretaker, 80m2 apartment with air conditioning on the 1st floor with elevator, offers comfort, functional space, the promenade and the beach 2 mins walk.
It is composed of 4 spacious rooms:
- 2 large rooms with lateral visibility on the sea to know his "mood" calm or restless!
- 1 family room, studio format, with a cot and a sofa bed with a small balcony
- A large living room-manager open on a fitted kitchen fully equipped overlooking a small balcony
- A separate bathroom in shower room, toilet and sink and 2nd toilet with hand washing.
So you will need is your personal belongings because the apartment is fully furnished and equipped to lighten the luggage.
If you need to stay connected while on vacation, the telecom-media service is provided and supported (3D TV / cable TV and Internet access with printer).
The residence and the apartment has easy access for disabled people and parents with babies and children.
Our friends are welcome but smoking on the balconies where a bar table and stools are available!
Animals can be accepted without doing damage!
For swimming and walking, the sea, the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais are 50 meters!
Shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are just steps from the residence.
Nice airport and Gare Thiers are nearby.
The rental is agreed Saturday to Saturday, weekly, special rate for the fortnight or month. bed and household linen are optional.
At the reservation, a 40% deposit must be received by transfer or check and the outstanding amount will be paid on the day of arrival. A security deposit of 800 euros will be required and returned upon departure.
