MEYERBEER is a large apartment with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people and perfectly located seconds from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea.
It has the charm of the old with its beautiful wooden floor and is furnished in a friendly and comfortable. This is the perfect apartment for a stay with friends or family.
Ideally located in the center of Nice, you can enjoy the Côte d'Azur without the need for a car.
The apartment is very well equipped, enjoying the air conditioning and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic.
The building is at number 5 Meyerbeer street is seconds from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.
You will reach the pedestrian zone with its numerous shops and restaurants in less than 1 min, and the famous Place Masséna as well as the Old Nice where you will be able to discover all the local specialties in less than 5 min on foot.
You will find at the foot of your building all the local shops such as supermarket, baker, butcher, cheese ....
You will also be next to the bus stops, which will allow you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings.
The city of Nice offers many blue bike points, a station is located less than 2 minutes from the apartment.
The SNCF train station is 15 minutes walk, the SNCF network is very convenient to visit the nearby cities or to go to Italy for the day

Space was good but a single toilet and the TINY room essentially a broom closet was a huge drawback and the reason I couldn’t recommend

Location is great. It is clean and spacy apparment. Wi-fi is good.

The location is excellent. The management company is excellent. The living room, dining room and kitchen were great. It was terrific to have a washer and dryer, and to have Netflix.
But something was wrong with the plumbing and the toilet smelled terrible the entire 10 days. Really bad.
Also, 2 of the 3 beds were like sleeping on slabs of concrete. One of the bedrooms has no bedside table and lamp. The main bedroom faces the street and on one night there was partying, loud music, and revving motorcycles until 3 a.m. Impossible to sleep. Difficult to leave living room and dining room windows open because of noise and car exhaust.
It IS from the "budget collection" so the price was excellent. If the noises and smells and hard beds aten't a problem, this is actually a terrific apartment.
