This huge villa is fabulous and the view of the walled town from the veranda is amazing! You almost don’t want to leave the property. The property with all its lime trees, plants and flowers is gorgeous! A five minute walk down the steps (recommend the steps to the right when you leave the villa as steps to left are very steep). Grab breakfast and coffee at the bakery or supplies at the grocery store and head into the old town via the Ploce gate. In our opinion this gate has the most beautiful scenery. The bus stop by Polce gate is an easy place to get picked up or dropped off instead of up by the garage if you don’t have a car. The villa is in a pedestrian area only. The restaurants down the steps were also very good as well as the focaccia sandwich shop. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and this villa!

7 of us stayed here for 4 days in June 2024. The apartment is larger and nicer than we expected! and its literally 2 minutes from one of the gates to inside the city walls. Restaurants are literally 100 ft from the apartment enrtance. The views from the balcony on the second floor are amazing and so nice to drink a glass of wine and just stair into the old city. The apartment also come with a nice private parking spot which is very handy if you are driving a car. (still a lot of stair though) It was very hot while we were there and we realized we would not run all the ACs and the dryer at same time as it would blow the fuse. we could shut of one and be fine though. If i am ever in Dubrovnik again, i would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in multiple places during our trip to Croatia and this place was the best! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings with an incredible view and breakfast in the garden patio in the mornings surrounded by flowers. Large bedrooms with plenty of space for a family. Location couldn't be better just a short walk from the Ploce gate. It was self-checkin/checkout (easy), but the property manager was still very helpful via Whatsapp for any questions. We went in the beginning of June so crowds weren't too bad yet and temps were nice. Food was geat! Wonderful trip!
