The host Tony was extremely kind and welcomed us with a smile upon our late arrival. We really appreciated the fruit, cookies, drinks and bottle of wine that was waiting for us. The house was more than enough room for the six of us. We also were impressed with the ease of visiting the Old Town. The number 4 bus is practically right outside the door and the commute was just over 5 minutes. There were also several places close to the house for a bite to eat. Dubrovnik is a very hilly city with lots of stairs. The house had direct access to the street with no stairs to climb. This was a huge plus, especially when we used Uber and could be dropped off at the front door with our many bags of luggage. The AC worked pefectly in every room. The outdoor patio was a beautiful place to relax, although we spent most of our time away from the house.
The house had a washing machine but no dryer. That said, the house did provide a rack to hang dry our clothes. We were also able to use the outdoor patio, as it was summer. We placed our clothes out on the patio in the evening and everything was dry by the following morning. One additional note. The rental is managed by a third party company and can be slow to respond. Once we arrived, the host Tony was available whenever we needed. He even offered to take us to the grocery store and provided suggestions for a wonderful stay.

Our host was waiting for us, he was the lovliest man and couldn't do enough, he even left us handmade biscuits and fruit bowl which was really thoughtful, he checked we were having a good holiday and anything we needed plus he came when we left at 5.45am

Nous avons été très bien accueilli à la villa. Très spacieuse et terrasse agréable. L'arrêt du bus est à deux pas pour rejoindre la vieille ville (gratuit avec le pass) ou à 2kms de marche.
