Location is ideal for access Lapad beach. Small supermarket just across the street. A few minutes to the bus stop and 2 minutes down to the restaurants.
Property is lovely and beautiful garden. Iva was an amazing host, nothing was a trouble and went out her way to help us. Always easy to get in touch with as well.

The Villa Blue Promenade is a cozy, well equipped, comfortable Apartment, in great location in Dubrovnik. Our host was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation here, and highly recommend this great place to everyone!

just book it. We had a fantastic stay! The host was so friendly, and the location was perfect—just one street from the main area with shops and restaurants. The beach was less than a 10-minute walk, and a nearby bus stop made it easy to get to Dubrovnik's Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and our daughter especially loved the toys provided. We also appreciated being able to borrow things for the beach. It was a great vacation spot for our family and free parking available.
