Right on the River Walk. You just can't top the exceptional location of Wyndham Riverside Suites, located directly on the banks of the beautiful River Walk less than half a mile away from the Alamo. This historic building has a charm all its own and assures you a friendly, comfortable stay in the heart of downtown San Antonio. If you enjoy the high-energy feel and pace of an urban resort that puts you in walking distance of the city's most popular attractions, this is a great vacation choice.
- The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed.
-Only park at the Houston Parking Garage located on 111 College Street (between College Street and Navarro Street).
- Stop by front desk at the Riverside Suites first, to see if a parking pass is available as they only have limited number of passes and cannot hold passes, so first come first serve.
- Do not recommend to park at the garage across from the property. The resort is not responsible if car gets damaged or towed.
- There is loud music playing at night from the night club next door and bars nearby. The clock in the master bedroom offers white noise option and earplugs if needed.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
- This is a timeshare resort. All presentations are completely optional, and not at all required to attend to stay at this resort or enjoy the amenities.

Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and located on the river. The staff was great except every time we went to the concierge desk there was no one there! The only other cons for us were that the front entrance was not appealing and there is no direct access to the Riverwalk from the building.

The apartment itself was clean. It is a much older building, therefore needs some updating to look pristine. The staff was friendly however, I was very upset that my reservation was canceled the day before we were going to leave and no one could tell me why or explain what it happened and they had just called me to confirm the day before it was a mess and made for a very stressful beginning of my vacation. There was a lot of concern about the noise. Factor because you are right there on the river walk and there are clubs. That did not bother me at all. I thought it was a great location.The plumbing in the bathroom toilets had issues if you didn’t stand there and hold down the handle in order for it to flesh. Then one point the tank would not fill up and it would not flush, and we had to use the trashcan in order to fill up and pour into the toilet for it to flush.
