Welcome to our Updated!spacious and clean apartment in the historic district,. We renewed our property to give the best to our guests.
We have a new yard surrounded by uncle Ben local artist to relax or take great pictures.
Minutes away from the Alamodome, Tower of the Americas, Convention Center and Riverwalk.
This amazing place is in a second story 1900 s house where you can get the best of both worlds: "a century old character with new construction amenities". It is bright and clean suitable for families who are visiting San Antonio for travel or business. We have 3BR/3BA available to accommodate 7 people to stay comfortably.

The rooms were a little hot at night, and the main restroom has a tub/shower with no shower curtain, which worried me so we didn’t shower in there. Overall it was a very nice place, very clean and nicely decorated The hostess was very responsive when needed as well.

The house was beautiful and clean. We were in a good area, close to downtown. Every room had its own bathroom! My kids loved it.

Three of us stayed here for the NCAA Finals. The location was perfect for the Alamodome and all the activities around that. The neighborhood appears spotty but overall seemed fine and we didn't have any issues. It looks like it's being revitalized. Quiet.

There were numerous wasps flying around the entries of the second floor where we stayed. I hate getting stung and it really made me dread having to go outside. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony.
We did enjoy that all rooms had their own bathrooms with shower.
We were also told we needed to adjust the parking of one of our vehicles bc the people downstairs couldn’t get in. We immediately left the event we were hosting to move the vehicle and rushed back to the venue. When we came back we found that no one else used the parking area. Even when we checked out, no one had parked there in the middle of the night. It was frustrating to think that they saw our parking wasn’t perfect on the security camera in the designated space that no one else was using and made something up to get us to immediately correct it.
