Kept hitting the shin of my leg because the wood frame sticks further out than the mattress.

Convenient location for our needs. Delicious breakfast served daily. Fantastic customer service.
Our first room, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly BUT when we brought it to staff’s attention they immediately checked the ac. When it couldn’t be fixed immediately, they quickly assigned us another room of better quality.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! We were in town for BMT graduation and the staff had coffee & breakfast ready extremely early every morning. The location was perfect for getting to Lackland AF Base. Also housekeeping cleaned up our room and provided new towels everyday.
The hotel is older and not as up-to-date but it was a very comfortable stay.

The receptionist were friendly and welcoming
The breakfast area gets overcrowded, food was cold. The shower floors looked gross and took forever forever for the water to drain. One of the rooms had an awful smell as well.
