THIS COTTAGE IS LOCATED 1 1/2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH. STEPS TO SAND. INSIDE LOCATION WHERE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR QUITE TIME OR BE IN THE AREA WHERE IT IS HAPPENING. EVERYTHING IS WALKING DISTANCE. BALBOA PIER, GREAT RESTARUANTS, AND OF COURSE GREAT SUNSETS. BEAUTIFUL BALCONY OFF THE KITCHEN UPSTAIRS. DOWNSTAIRS PRIVATE PATIO WITH A BBQ. IT IS AN UPSTAIRS COTTAGE WITH LARGE BALCONY,

This little place was really compact and nice . There were plenty of blankets. From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect . It was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I would totally stay here again.

We love staying in this cottage. Very clean, close to everything and the owner is very responsive.This was our 3rd time staying here and we will be back.A huge plus is having a garage so we don't have to search for parking in a busy beach area.
