About this apartment rental
Welcome to our bungalow. It is bright, cheerful and lots of windows to feel and smell the ocean breezes. The bedrooms include very comfy Queen beds, ceiling fans, dressers and plenty of light. The living room has a 56 inch samsung smart TV, basic cable Spectrum app, and Wifi. No need to bring linens or towels , we provide all the necessities for you. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings, dishes, pots and pans, blender, hot air popcorn popper, plates, bowls , glasses, silverware, small vinyl ice chest on wheels, beach chairs and umbrella The patio has seating and a propane BBQ. If you need another bedroom book our studio which is located below VRBO 4403165.
We have a solar shower in our front downstairs patio. We also provide shared his and her bikes and 2 kayaks with the downstairs studio bungalow. We have a Brussels Griffon that is our amazing doggie. She is 10 years old and loves to meet and greet our guests. So if you are homesick for your doggie come see Angel!
The Alley is our favorite eatery a local hang out around the corner. Great daily specials and Best pour on the shore! Tell them Gary and Carla sent you.

Comfortable, nice decor, everything worked, well equiped, accessible host, toys for all ages, plenty enough room for the two of us. Quite a bit of commuter traffic and busy area.

This home is in a good location, a very short and quick walk to the beach. Beware you have to cross Balboa Blvd. It gave me a little anxiety crossing it with my four kids.
Carla and Greg have everything you need for the beach... a wagon (which will probably have to be replaced soon, it's pretty rusty), umbrellas, boogy boards, chairs, and beach toys. The home was cozy. We visited in July so the weather was warm but nice C.A. summer weather. Inside was a little warm here and there throughout the day, especially when you used to the stove to cook. The home has fans, window a/c units in both bedrooms, and there was a new a/c unit in the livingroom that was being fixed. Alternating between opening the windows and running the a/c units was a little tricky but once you figured it out the unit was cool. The home was clean and stocked. The only thing that was disappointing was the beds felt like sand was under the sheets so we slept on top of the sheets, which worked out fine for us to keep cool at night. We didn't find sand anywhere else in the house so it was shocking to find it under the bed sheets. We didn't bother Carla with this but I'm sure if we did she would've took care of it. The perk to having the home owners living on the property. For those thinking this might be weird, it wasn't, it was like Carla and Greg weren't there. The parking on the property was a huge plus. The tables and chairs on the patio was especially nice to use to eat our meals. Overall nice place!
