Love the location of this place. Walking distance to the beach. They have a shopping center across the street with many different food options. I'm glad they had bikes already that we could just drive up and down the street. If you expect to take your vehicle in and out of the garage that would be the only downfall because the garage is small. That takes a three-point turn to enter the garage. is to be expected in beachfront property though. We just walked and drove bikes and had a great time.

The place is as pictured. Though not exactly explained the patio is shared with downstairs unit so their basically on left and you are on right which could be a little ackward when enjoying time out as the front downstairs unit is right by the patio. The bad thing about having upper unit is your entrance is to the back of unit near alley so the ease of just coming out to sit on patio is not as easy. To check in you have to text someone to meet at 4p and meet at unit where they show you around. Most units these days just give you code and email explanation to check in so itโ€™s a little odd system to have to meet someone. I will say gentleman was very nice though and called earlier just to verify time meeting etc. I will say the upstairs is probably not ideal with little ones running around we had a toddler and weโ€™re terrified of him tumbling down stairs so we kind of blocked with chairs whole time. Unit stays cool with window units and itโ€™s much needed for an upper unit which doesnโ€™t have much breeze going through.
