About this apartment rental
The apartment is at the first floor of a beautiful building. The house is charming and elegant. The 2 bedrooms are very cozy and a great deal of attention to details was paid. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one living room with DVD Player, decoder for the international channels and a LCD TV, one independent fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. In the entrance of the apartment there is a furnished cupboard where our guests can find all necessary items for tasting Italian wine. In the cupboard you can find also many maps and itineraries of Florence and other useful information to visit Florence. The apartment has two balconies on a quiet garden area.
The house is located in the historic city centre of Florence, in the historic region of 'San Frediano'. From the house you can reach by foot all the important place of the city centre of Florence (Boboli garden 400 mts, Pitti Palace 500 mts, Ponte Vecchio 900 mts away from our property). If you don't want to go walking to the town, the bus stop is at only 50 mts from the house, the bus will carry you in the Florence's medieval town in 3'. The most elegant shopping streets in Florence, with stores selling antiques, jewelry, leather, linen, groceries, pastries, are all within easy walking distance. There is also a very big supermarket 300 mts away from the property.

Apartment was very nice and well stocked for our stay. Self check in worked well. Kitchen was well stocked to cook simple meals at home. Location was fantastic for visits to Vatican City and walkable to Pantheon and Colloseum, although it is a long walk. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on your visit to Rome.

Our family of four was impressed with the responsiveness of the hosts, the cleanliness of the rooms (deeply cleaned, not just on the surface), the spaciousness of each room, good WiFi and the wonderful location (coffee, bakery and grocery within a block). The beds were queen-sized and very comfortable. It was very, very hot in July so we were grateful for the air conditioners and the shutters that kept the rooms cool. Although on a busy street, we heard no street noises and slept very well. It is even nicer than the photos, with marble floors, antique wooden furniture, built-in refrigerator, clothes washer and automatic dishwasher, with detergent and other needs supplied. We were educated as to bus stops, were given a map and also several recommendations for very good neighborhood restaurants. Plus, it has only one flight of stairs to walk! We recommend this apartment and landlords whole-heartedly.
