About this apartment rental

This apartment is located in one of the most convenient areas of the city, surrounded by greenery, just a 10-minute bus ride from the city center. It was recently renovated in a two-family house, surrounded by greenery. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. The first-floor apartment (no elevator) comprises a spacious living area with a terrace overlooking the hills, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a study with a sofa bed for guests, and two bathrooms. Convenient for country walks, the area is very well served (supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, and a local market every morning). The apartment is available for medium-long term rentals, with the addition of utilities based on consumption.
