The location for using Alton tower was amazing, like minutes away. There is a Londis in the village for supplies and two local big towns if you want more.
We stayed on Halloween and the host made such an effort to dress the house. Truly magical few days.

All was explained in my pre-arrival email. It was like walking into your own home at the end of a hard days work. Everything was ready. Milk in the fridge ready for a cuppa after long drive, towels in bathroom ready for a shower. Beds made ready for bed. The house was warm. Didn’t need heating on once. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there.
Leaving, I wish I’d stayed longer to appreciate the surroundings. This trip was purely for our entire family to do Alton Towers, but clearly there’s so much more to do in this pretty place, in the heart of England. Me and the wife will definitely be back to see the area as soon as we’re able to do so.

We loved the location of this property and that we had a comfortable sleep
We didn’t like that most of the blinds were broken and a few of the window locks,also sitting out the back the table was broken and it outside on the decking needs a face lift.The flooring in the conservatory is all loose and the showers overflowed onto the floor.
