Got a room with a broken couch and broken shower door that could not close so the entire bathroom flooded when using shower. Emailed the manager only for her to reply to house keeping and CC me. No apologies nor any response to me.
The second day we were not given any towels and when requested it, it didn’t arrive .
Would expect more from a front desk manager.
