No wall between room and bathroom Room next to employées entrance do very noisy as of 6am

Excellent location, pristinely clean, kitchenette well equipped.

Creature comforts like a soap dish in the bathroom and more coffee sachets would round things off.

The location is next to the Sea Ocean, it's very clean and the employees are very nice.

Book at list four to five days and have enough money because the price of the goods at Sea point is a bit higher. Last but not least, there was a small leakage of water in the shower when you I was showering because the glue was peeling off from the bottom of the shower.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They connected the Internet to the tv as it wasnt connected upon arrival (it should have been)

The "heated pool" was not heated it was ice cold and we were not informed that this would be the case.i specially called in the week and asked if the pool was heated and I was told that it was. The shower leaked and the water overflooded the entire bathroom floor which made it difficult to use the basin and also very slippery. The remote for the tv had no batteries in. We reported to reception and they sorted it out immediately. The spa staff was right next door and they are very loud, laughing and talking and making a huge noise. It is unexpected for a spa to be so loud. It should be relaxing and quiet. I have enquired about parking but receiced no feedback from the hotel. We released upon arrival that no parking space is available. This could have been communicated in response to my email.
