I stayed here for about 13 days and loved every moment of it. The place is spotless, and the cleaners came every two days to tidy up my room and replace my towels with fresh ones. Laverne, Julio, and Abongile were absolutely amazing! I loved, loved spending my holiday here and will definitely be back. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and safe.

Nice building and location but the management needs improvement.
- WiFi did not work. They shared codes for nearby networks but were not strong enough. No attempt to fix it
- was supposed to clean every two days. The first time we were due for cleaning we left in the morning and returned late afternoon. We reminded when we left to clean the room. No cleaning was done. We were told they were busy with other check ins
-asked for a baby crib the one morning. They said they would organize one and bring it up. Sent us a video of it. But it never came had to once again remind them.
-on the last day I politely asked for a late checkout (11am versus 10am) and they didn’t want to even accommodate that. Just needed a bit more time traveling with a 3 year old and infant. I brought up it’s the least they could do on account of the wifi not working the whole time. The person agreed but was very rude.
I think the more senior staff were good and security was friendly. The reception staff not so much
