Duplex vieux marché quartier historique wifi/parking

The apartment is beautiful. It is located within a traditional building with visible wooden beams and it is totally renovated and very nicely and tastefully furnished. The master bedroom and bathroom are roomy and very comfortable. Also the kitchen is large and very nice. The apartment is right next to the historical part of Rouen, so we were able to visit everything on foot. The car space is a bit tight but very convenient.

Everything was lovely. The only slightly negative thing is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

location, comfort and facilities, original and pleasant layout, top beds and showers, separate toilet, efficient Airco and electrically operated window shutters (weather has been very hot), breakfast on the terrace, center city but very quiet.

guests should be aware that this is a 4th floor apartment without a lift. Parking is available on site but we couldn’t get our car into the main door; better be a good pilot in a smallish car and arrive at a quiet hour when there is little trafic in the street. There are public parkings nearby.

Apartment was amazing, at the great location, so close to center - walking distance to Vieux Marche. As far as the properties in the apartment all I can say is also amazing, it had all we needed for our stay, it is lovely designed, has very pleasant smell, it is very comfy after a day walking around Rouen. Felt like home If you are coming by car, it has a parking place. Can be chalenging to park, but we were 3 girls and havent made a scratch so everybody can park a car then!

Iso perheauto ei mahtunut asunnon parkkipaikalle. Asunto sijaitsee neljännessä kerroksessa eikä talossa ole hissiä. Keittiössä ei ole astianpesukonetta. Asunnossa on ainostaan yksi WC.
