l appartement est idéalement situé pour mon séjour professionnel, il l est aussi je pense pour les touriste car le tram passe au pieds de l immeuble.la appartement est très propre le propriétaire est disponible pour tout type de questions.
je vais pinailler car on peu toujours s améliorer. la porte d entrée s ouvre avec un digicode qui est situé derrière la poignée. j avoue les chiffres sont petits et à 53 ans.... mais encore une fois le propriétaire est la pour vous aider.
enfin il y a pas de tire bouchons.

Ideal location on third floor with tram stop outside-4 stops from Rouen centre and with a supermarket at the end of the road and pharmacy below the apartment. The property has a secure garage parking space and a passenger lift.
Host could not have been more accommodating and any queries during our stay immediately responded to.
All essential items expected are provided in the property on arrival.
Can be a little noisy at night in the front twin bedroom due to road noise and trams however to be expected and the location and convenience made up for this.

A modern apartment strategically located in close proximity to the city centre. Metro stop just opposite the building. Comfy mattresses. Owner was prompt in answering queries.
Booked a 4- night stay. We arrived after 17:00 and only one radiator was working (and stopped working after 1h). The second room was locked so I called the owner to have the code of it and it was even colder. Luckily there was a split aircon available but it took a while to heat the place.
Double bed linen so creased that seemed to have been already slept in. Dirty cutlery and cookware. Freezer needs defrosting. Photo attached speak for themself. The hairdryer was missing, the owner blamed the previous guests for stealing it and refused to supply another one until he was refunded. He only relented once I insisted it had nothing to do with us and we absolutely needed one. Finally Netflix isn't available at all unless you have your own account! So why advertise it?
All in all a nice apartment but management should definitely improve.
