The place was really cool and worth the price - reminded us of university/single days which was one of the reason we chose this place. The small apartment has everything needed for a night + more.
For two adults it gets a bit hard to sleep with the low ceiling especially with warmer weather - there was a small fan but wasn't super helpful to cool you down during the night (we could open the windows but safety becomes a question as you never know if someone from next door or from the building can get in during the night :D)

Fairly quiet location, south of the river. Clean and well-equipped.
Will not suit those with limited mobility. My flat (E) was situated.up two flights of steep, narrow stairs. In addition, you have to climb a ladder to reach the sleeping platform.
Neither the gate to the courtyard nor the entrance door to the building are locked. I had an expensive bicycle with me that I eventually hauled up the stairs into the flat as I did not feel comfortable leaving it in the entrance hall. These flats are on the rougher side of town.
I imagine the top floor flats get quite hot in the summer and I see the manager has provided fans.

Great location with a decent stroll into the centre of Rouen. Flat had everything we needed although it wasn't too warm while we were there and it may need air conditioning in mid summer ...
Not recommended for anyone with limited movement ability. Stairs to bed area very steep and limited space up there. Fine if you are able though.
