This is a large 80 sqm apartment with a habitable terrace on the fourth floor with elevator.
It consists of a living area, a sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
In the apartment there is heating and air conditioning, sofa bed, LED TV, wifi, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus squeezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Centrale Mazzoni is located a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia from which you can reach Rialto, San Marco and Lido with line 1.
To reach Marco Polo airport you can take the bus or taxi to Piazzale Roma.
In addition, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Guglie, Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio area, where there are numerous excellent quality and untouristy bars and restaurants.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.

The apartment itself was very good and the location excellent
Customer Service - We reported no wifi and no tv on out first day and despite chasing regularly was informed once that the wi fi engineers were working on installation no mention of the tv. Normally we would have coped without the tv but were from the UK and had hoped to watch the funeral for the queen which we struggled to do without wifi as well. When we arrived home I did email with my concerns regarding not being able to use the microwave and the poor quality bedding as two beds were pushed together with a sheet barely covering them and no mattress protector which meant the beds kept moving. I emailed, send a message through whats app but have never received a reply
