Great location 5 mins away from train station. Water bus just in front and land transport also very near. Not as crowded as the San Marco and Rialto areas.

Ernst from the property management company was great. He made check in super seamless and offered us recommendations for food and supermarkets in the area. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfectly located apartment right next to bus station, water transport and great supermarket.
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and there was plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms is a big bonus! The AC was well used and very much needed in august. We loved the location as we needed to catch an airport bus at 4.20am so it was just a 2 minute walk to the bus. Yes the beds are hard, and you need to hold the shower, and the toilet seat was broken, and there is no oven, and the place is much smaller that’s the photos online, and it’s a bit noisy at night, and like all accommodations in Venice it’s expensive but this will not spoil your stay as Venice is so beautiful and there is so much to do, you won’t be in your apartment much anyway!
The views are awesome too!
Bepi was very helpful and met us at the apartment when we arrived.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment for a short stay in Venice

This place was ok and very conveniently loceted next to the train station. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the pictures. There is large baed but it is 2 single beds set close together. The shower head in one bathroom was broken and we had to buy some toilet paper as there only 1 roll. It was priced ok as we were lookig for a lower priced option so i guess you get what you pay for. Its not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget!
