A brighting and big apartment in the middle of Venice, with a balcony on a typical canal. Secon floor of a 16th century building, staged in the'60 and restaured in 2011.

If you are looking for a Venetian experience, this apartment is just that. Well equipped and a great location. A couple of things that take away from making this apartment a 5 rating. The apartment has a unpleasant smell that comes from the bathrooms, more than likely something to do with the sewer system. The apartment also has quite a bit of noise coming from the apartment overhead. The bedding and bathroom linens are not professionally laundered and are not very nice. Having said all of this we stayed 1 month and our overall experience was a very pleasant one.

The apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos. It was a wonderful place for us to recharge. We found it comfortable and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a family of four.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement , lumineux,bien placé au bord 'un canal, dans un endroit très tranquille et cependant très proche de tous les axes du Dorsoduro.
De grands volumes dans ce "piano nobile", une décoration et un ameublement empreints des souvenirs de famille du propriétaire, tout le confort.
