Parking. There is only one space and the driveway is narrow. Additionally the shower in the downstairs room didn’t work.

The location was excellent!!!! Shopping and great food at a walking distance.
The property was not clean. I originally rated the property upon our arrival a 2. However, after unloading and walking the property the floors were not properly cleaned & the upstairs shower curtain was dirty. The staircase was very dirty and had peeling paint. My daughter-in-law stepped on some nails due to a missing laminate strip in the downstairs master bathroom. We took pictures of 3 cockroaches and pincher bugs in drawers. The home needs pest control and the upstairs slider did not lock. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom light stayed on and you could not use the ceiling fan at night unless you kept the light on. Some of the blinds were broken. The upstairs bathroom window has a missing screen which was unsafe to have open with children in the home which could pose a major liability. The upstairs bathroom exhaust fan had a small water leak on the day it rained. We were not provided enough toilet paper for our stay. The window screen to one of the upstairs bedrooms had a hole in it.
