About this house rental
Located in the coveted Beach-Barber Tract neighborhood just down the street from the world famous Windansea Beach, this home was completely re-modeled in 2018. Hear the waves and feel the ocean breezes from this handsome Tudor-style home. Ocean view from the master suite and office. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach!
House Rules
- No parties allowed.
- No smoking allowed.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew. (10 pm to 7 am quiet time)
- Please respect check in and check out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Checking Out
- Checking out at 11am please
- Turn off AC, lights, and small appliances.
- Close the windows and lock all doors (from the outside press the Schlage logo)
- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it)
- Check for valuables and chargers.
- Notify us of your departure.
The owner, Dennis, occasionally stays in his separate apartment located in the backyard, which has its own entrance. If you happen to see him, please feel free to say hello. He might also need to park in the driveway to charge his Tesla.

Nice roomy house, close to the beach, and walking distance to downtown La Jolla. Lots of games and fun things to do in the house. High quality linens and towels. Lots of kitchen gadgets. And so nice to have a wagon to take all the towels, chairs, and beach toys!
